The 4 Step Process

"When I came to Everhart Coaching, I didn’t have a lot of faith in myself. I was overweight, tired all the time and my knee pain was keeping me from doing much. Heather asked me to give her twelve weeks. I figured twelve weeks was going to pass anyway, but I didn’t expect much; not that I didn’t believe in Heather, but I didn’t believe in myself. “How about we start on Monday?” Ugh. Dread. I was not looking forward to giving up my favorite foods, my routine, my comfort zone.

About Heather Everhart

I am a certified personal trainer (NASM), CrossFit Level 2 coach, and a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition).

Although I spent all of my life in and out of sports, I have had my fair share of struggles and dysfunction when it comes to health and fitness.

I've made mistakes, I set unrealistic goals for myself, and at one point was convinced that leading a healthy lifestyle while still feeling good in my skin was nearly impossible for a working mom.

This journey allowed me to witness the transformative power of balanced, sustainable living in my own life and I want to help you on this journey to become the best version of yourself without having to sacrifice aspects of life that bring you joy and without making as many mistakes as I did. As a mother, I understand the challenges of busy schedules and social commitments, which is why I'm committed to helping you make a change, one balanced choice at a time.
